Research shows that one-third of children and adolescents are obese or at risk of becoming obese and that number is rising. Obese is defined as an excessive accumulation of body fat.
Why is this? And, more importantly, what can we, as a society, do to help?
On the next edition of "Consider This..." we will talk with experts about the problems, causes, costs, and prevention associated with childhood obesity.
